How to Login
If you already enrolled into online banking, follow the steps in order to login
Step 1 – Go to the bank’s homepage and find the login area located on the right side of the upper main bar. Click on the blue rectangle that indicates ONLINE BANKING LOGIN.
Step 2 – Enter your Username and Password.
- Forgot UserID/Password: To recover your User ID, you have to provide your email. For your password, you have to username and phone number.
Mobile Banking
Besides mobile apps, East West also offers a mobile banking service which can be accessed by your mobile browser.
Step 1 – Go to mobile.eastwestbank.com. Click “Login”.
Step 2 – Enter your Username and Password. After that you’ll be able to use your online banking services.
How to Enroll
If you have an East West account but still have not enrolled into online banking follow the steps in order to do it online.
Step 1 – Go to the East West Bank homepage and find the link located on bottom of the login form that says “Sign Up Now”.
Step 2 – Read and agree with the bank’s terms and conditions.
Step 3 – You need a Registration ID before you can proceed with the enrollment. You can get your Registration ID by getting in touch with support at 1(888) 895-5650.
Step 4 – Fill in the online banking enrollment with the required personal info as shown below
Step 5 – After creating your user id and password you’ll be ready to enjoy your online banking space.
